Pasembur, a mouthwatering Malaysian-Indian Salad

One of the best tasting food in Malaysia is "pasembur", a salad consisting of shredded cucumber, potatoes, beancurd, turnip, bean sprouts, prawn fritters, spicy fried crab, fried octopus or other seafoods and coated with a sweet and spicy nut sauce.

Having pasembur is best if served hot. It's healthy, and a good deal for veggie lovers. You can also request for add-ons such as hard-boiled egg.

With it being hot and having the spicy touch, this Malaysian-Indian salad will give your throat a tingling sensation.

And because the ingredients are covered usually with thick spicy nut sauce (you can opt to have sauce just enough for your personal preference), it's better to eat it fast. Otherwise, those under will become soggy. Hence, not yummy-looking anymore and will lose the crunchiness as well.
